1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Grepolis ("the Game") and the innogames.site website ("the Website"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Grepolis Games Studio reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Game or Website following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Grepolis on your personal device for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials;
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display;
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in Grepolis;
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. In-Game Currency (BS - Bonus Score)

Grepolis features an optional in-game currency called BS (Bonus Score). By purchasing or using BS, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Virtual Currency: BS is a virtual, in-game currency with no real-world monetary value. BS cannot be exchanged, refunded, or converted into real money or any other form of credit.
  • Welcome Bonus: New players receive 100 BS as a welcome bonus. This bonus is provided at Grepolis Games Studio's discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
  • Purchase Terms: All purchases of BS are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Prices for BS range from $4.99 to $159.99 USD per item.
  • License Only: When you acquire BS, you receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use such BS within the Game only.
  • Expiration: Grepolis Games Studio reserves the right to manage, modify, or eliminate BS at any time, with or without notice.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To access certain features of the Game, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
  • All activities that occur under your account;
  • Notifying Grepolis Games Studio immediately of any unauthorized use of your account;
  • Ensuring that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.

You must be at least 10 years of age to create an account and use the Game. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Grepolis and all its contents, features, and functionality are owned by Grepolis Games Studio, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Game or Website:

  • In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation;
  • To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors;
  • To impersonate any person or entity;
  • To use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or mods;
  • To introduce any viruses or malicious code;
  • To interfere with other players' enjoyment of the Game.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Grepolis Games Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Game or Website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
